Hey Andrew, since we solved your problem via email, for transparency for the other users who may have problems, please be sure you’re trying to download robots from the Prop Firm Robots app and not the Top 10 Robots app.
Hello, I am also unable to download any robots from the prop firm robots app. I’ve cleared all cookies and caches and have tried using a different browser. Your assistance is appreciated.

I have an account with you account Bhelda for Prop Firm Robot App. I can nolonger access or download the robot. It always kicks me out when I try to login and download on it, I have a 1 year subscription.

I have recently subscribed a year for the Prop Firm App and would seek your kind attention.
I was trying to attach the Prop Firm EA in a chart but was later removed after being attached.
Comment in the chart says: Expert advisor turned off.
Please help to resolve the issue.

Hello Marin Im trying to install the robts im having a hard time because the video says to copy and past the source code to meta5 and won’t copy and paste to the folder . Can you please help I been trying for few days im very frustrated appreciate you!

Move the .mq5 files to the MQL5\Experts folder and they should then show in the Navigator ready to be installed on the charts when you open mt5. If they do not show then please open the metaeditor and select the files and try to complie manually. If there is an error then please send a screenshot and I can help you further. Cheers
I’ve had the prop firm app for a couple of weeks now and though there’s some that have profitable trades the losses have been worse. Each day ends in losses. I hooked up FXBlue and the chart shows me in the red the entire time. I selected new bots at the start of this week but still the losses are outweighing the wins. What options do I have at this point?
