    Hey Yoke,

    Please try logging in from a different browser and if that does not work, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and try again!

    This is a known bug which has been resolved here. Please follow the instructions from this link to fill your details, then logout and login again. This will solve the problem.

    Hi – This issue is happening to me, i cannot download the robot and keeps looping me to the logon page even though i’ve updated my contact details as per above “known bug”…. please help asap!

    Hi, when I click the link in Petco’s Youtube – “I passed 2 phase prop firm challenge 100% automatically” for the Prop Firm Robots, Im told that I cannot purchase until I’m registered.

    However, I am registered, or is this different to being logged in?

    Hi Gavin,

    If you’ve registered, you need to then log in so your profile can be loaded and any licences you purchase can be assigned to you.

    Good day i`m having issues accessing the robots , yesterday i was able to go to the top ten robots then select account size etc and then download , now it doesnt offer that option.

     

    Any ideas
