Hi, what is Algo class?

It could be a poor robots, it could be poor data or an inaccurate backtest method. I would not be trading that on live unless I saw some good long term demo results or figured out why the backtest is so poor.

I would recommend emailing a detailed description of how you have backtested (Provide brokers data, setting file you used etc and ask them)

And definitely dont trade this on anything other than demo until you get to the bottom of it of course.

Hello everyone,

I started trading with the Top 5 EAs that came with the trial, I have only good things to say really. Although the set up may be a bit vague when placing the EA’s onto the chart, they will begin to trade on their own. Be patient. Some  bots just start up as soon as you drop them on.

So far I have dropped the 5 EA’s each with different “goals” and settings to see how they would interact on the same account. Be sure to set your perimeters and remember them because the bots do communicate between eachother and may cause other EA’s not to place trades due to how your risk is set up.

So far for the 100k account after 6 trading days I’m sitting at 109K+ in the balance and over 112k+ in equity – with  a goal of 125k. I found myself closing a position manually at the end of the week to avoid the weekend. And soon as market opened back up, it had already taken another position with great precision.

Just not sure if I should get the EA studio or Prop Firm robots… I am in the US and not sure if this really works for US residents. Hopefully I can find some solace here because there are not too many safe groups out there like this one.

Hello Xavier,

You are mentioning a very important point which is better not to add two bot together especially if they are trading the same Pair

Good to hear that you are making good progress and you are profitable.

When it comes to US residents. I’m no so sure but as long as you are accepted by a broker or a prop firm you should be good to go
The difference between the EA studio and the prop firm robots is that the prop firm robots will have more features like randomization which is good for props but the EA studio is good for back testing any EAs.

Hello,

There is a lot of bots, and you can make consistent profits, but with prop firms, their rules are strict and they specifically ask for not commercial or 3rd party EAs, so you have to create your own startigies, in order to do that, you can use the top 10 App, or the prop firm EA apps, where you can create many robots, or generate a customized robots for your account size and strategies.
