Dear support team

 

I recently purchased a 1-year subscription to Propfirm EA App.

 

Yesterday, I successfully logged into the application and completed the installation process without any issues. The subscription was active, and I was able to access the app normally.

 

However, today when I opened the application again, it asked me to log in once more. After attempting to log in, I noticed that my subscription no longer appears to be active, as if it has been removed from my account.

Could you please help me investigate this issue and restore my subscription access?

Hi, On 15.06.2026 I purchased Prop Firm Robots App – lifetime. I managed to download several robots and now I can’t access them. I tried logging in from another browser and another PC, but without success. When I try to download, this is what I see: To access and download the Top 10 Robots, you need to be a registered user and have an active plan with us. Please log in to download the Expert Advisors. If you haven’t purchased a plan yet, you can select one that suits your needs here. Please help me, thank you.

i got access to the top10 prop ea
but i cant see download portfolio feature.

i want 3 top ea of eurusd and download the porfolio EA  – not the 3 individual EAs.

in the video i can see the option, but now on the real app its not there.
pls advice
