And finally, the Free FSB Pro Free Course is here!

Many of you were asking for it, and honestly, it was the biggest challenge to record this course as the program offers a lot.

It was hard to create a beginner course simply because the program is an advanced tool.

However, I hope you will enjoy it, and I will be happy to hear your feedback!

Cheers,
Petko A

Hi

If I copyand paste my datas from my broker (FXCM live account), it can’t parse json data file

I can download only the FSB demo data

Is there a way to resolve this issue please ?

Kind regards

Use file type *.csv instead of *.json

Thank you very much for your help

But how can I use it after I downloaded the datas from my broker please ?

In Terminal>………………………..MQL4>Files, it displayed automatically this format: EURUSD1.json

For exemple if the file is EURUSD1.json, I will delete the extansion .json and put .csv ?

Very sorry, I am very very bad in this area

Hey Samira,

Noaways, the data in FSB Pro is automatically updated. So you just need to change the symbol settings.

Have you watched the free course?

Thanks Petko for the free FSB pro course

Hi Petko.

Can you share the steps to include higher timeframe into a strategy? This is referencing to your course robot in your course “Top 5 Forex Strategies from a Pro Trader + 5 Forex Robots “.  – USD/JPY (M5 referencing to M30 & H1) and GBP/USD (M1 referencing to M30 & H1)

Thanks

Hi Maria,

To do this you need to import your strategies into FSBPro which allows multiple timeframe strategies. Then it’s simply a matter of adding and indicator and changing the timeframe for that indicator to what you are after.

Depending on what you want to do of course there is a bit of a work around within EA studio.

For example if you was were on M15 and wanted to add for example a moving average with 50 periods on H1 as confirmation the you could just using a moving average of 200 on M15. However this is limited depending on the periods you are looking to use.

Thanks Samuel. I’ll try your advise.

The “FSB Demo Data” downloaded data bar is 200K but output log only shows 50K. How to fix? I am creating strategy in M15 timeframe.

Maria:  Go to Control Panel>Data Horizon and change Use Start Date Limit Year to something like 2000.  Output log will not update until you select something other than Data Horizon such as Profiles or Symbols.  Look at data log and you should see Data File is Loaded increase.

I tried doing that but same result.

Maria:  Go to Control Panel>Data Sources and click on Open Data Directory.  Then Look at Available Data Sources and select the appropriate data source.  Then click on Open Data Directory.  Then openM15 files using a spreadsheet like Excel or buy using notepad++.  I selected these two options over just using notepad because they will count all the lines of data.  Make sure all 200000 lines of data are there.  If only 50,000 lines are there then that is the problem.  If all 200,0000 lines of data is in the file then do the following:  Go to Control Panel>Data Sources and click on Reload Data Files.  See if this fixes the problem.

Notepad++ can be downloaded for free.
