I recently purchased a 1-year subscription to Propfirm EA App.
Yesterday, I successfully logged into the application and completed the installation process without any issues. The subscription was active, and I was able to access the app normally.
However, today when I opened the application again, it asked me to log in once more. After attempting to log in, I noticed that my subscription no longer appears to be active, as if it has been removed from my account.
Could you please help me investigate this issue and restore my subscription access?
