As far as I know, EA Trading Academy has a determined schedule for future product releases.
They are considering an FTMO application extension, allowing the traders to customize and test the robots under different settings. It is entirely possible to see custom account sizes, account currencies, advanced backtest statistics and other cool features. Most probably we will see these updates in May.It looks like your account starts from $10000. Is this the correct amount?
If you have your robot downloaded for a $100k account, you should use the same amount in the MT Tester.
If the deposit is too low, the Tester cannot open a position due to insufficient funds. It will also show an error message in the Journal tab: Error with OrderCheck: No money
After I did all the possible tests of the V6.0 version on an FTMO trial account strategy tester, today I also tested on my chosen prop firm. Unfortunately, it does not have a demo account and I can only test it on the strategy tester.
I used exactly the same parameters as with FTMO, but the results are absolutely completely different. Profit 4 times lower in some pairs, loss in some pairs that are very profitable at FTMO and others of this kind.
Maybe the historical data is the problem, because whatever test they do the historical data is 63%.
If you can tell me what could be the reasons for these strange test results. And if I could do something about it.
And if the broker’s data is to blame and I can’t do anything, if I can trust the tests at FTMO in the future. Because I assume that the differences cannot be very big.It is expected to have different results on a different broker to some extent.
In such a case, you should trade only the robots that make a profit in the MT Tester.
Not having a demo is a problem. I would run the robots for a test only at the minimal lot size possible. I assume it is 0.01 lots.
It will not make a huge profit, but it is safe enough for testing.
I am still confused by this whole thing, I wanted to buy a bot for passing challenges, but there doesn’t seem to be a clear subject on this. Has anyone passed challenges using these bots? If so which prop and bor,
Hi, I cannot download the 6.0 robots. I’ve purchased the FTMO course and receive the update email. But it ask me to log in or purchase a plan. Can you please help me to get access to downloads. I already clear the cache, history and log out from the trading academy dashboard with no success. Thank you.

I downloaded the robot for the 10k account, and it also says 10k in the deposit box on MT5 tester. Is it the broker that’s causing issues? This is on a 10k Pepperstone demo account. Here is the pic.

Hello I wanted to report an issue it’s been almost almost 2 days and the robot on mt4 ftmo one for gbpaud and eurusd has not taken any trades should I be worried or should I wait a bit longer additional information i allowed the dll imports are on and I turned on the algo trade and the robot is also running on a vps

I try to add the bot on my other challenge ( e8 funding on mt5 ) all is ok until I try to back test… no result at all and that with the 8 bots.
In the journal I can read many times « error with ordercheck : unsupported filling mode »
Already check all I can and know, any ideas about this problem ?
