Yes, we’ve noticed this as well. It does happen with some accounts on our side too, so it’s not something specific to your setup. We don’t know the exact reason yet, but from time to time the updates can be slower or less consistent. But, in general, everything is working fine and it usually resolves itself. These EAs can be used in many different ways, but the way the app is designed, the most common approach is to trade them for a relatively short period and then regularly replace them with new ones. Because of that, bots that are no longer active or relevant may no longer appear in the portal.
Also, the EAs do not communicate with each other. When compiling a portfolio, a simple and effective method is to add together the drawdowns of each EA and make sure the total does not exceed the maximum drawdown allowed on your prop firm account (with some buffer, of course). This is especially important when running multiple bots on the same account, as in your case.

Regarding your question about brokers for U.S. citizens: unfortunately, both IC Markets and BlackBull Markets are not suitable for U.S. residents. On the left side, all the active menus will be available to you. After that you should be able to proceed with the access to the Prop App. Could you please send us a screenshot in case you still have a problem?
