ParticipantThat makes sense. But keep in mind that in the courses I show my trading and what I found that works for me.
Of course, if you can improve something, that is even better, and I would be glad if you share it. 🙂

ParticipantHello Ilan,
we are considering this for the future. However, our main focus is to teach our traders how to trade. When copying trades, people do not really learn anything. Actually nothing.
I will let you know if we make it happen, but I am just not sure if that will not make our students lazier to learn but just to copy trading.
This is why I am holding that feature for the moment. 🙂

ParticipantHello,
After many tests, I figured out that it is enough for me. Of course, you can try with many more, but there is a risk that you will limit a lot of the results from your Reactor process.

ParticipantHello Simon,
Glad to hear from you.
Which indicator do you want to identify that the D1 is on uptrend? Use that filter as a higher time frame filter on D1 chart.

ParticipantHello Charbel,
you can open EA Studio on different devices with different IP. There is no limitation with that.
Re-check your entry login and password. It should work fine.

ParticipantHello Simon,
the higher time frames are available only in FSB Pro.
I show it in details in the courses:
Forex strategy course – Portfolio trading strategies + 12 Expert Advisors
Algorithmic day trading – Top 10 USDJPY Expert Advisors
Did you watch these courses? Basically, you select which will be your major time frame.
Let’s say you want to trade on M5:
This is where is your main time frame. Where the EA will execute the trades.
After that, you select the indicators that you want to use on the higher time frames. Let’s say you want to use MACD on M30:
From the drop-down menu you can select which time frame you want to use as a filter.

ParticipantHello Invest,
I am not sure if I get the question, but if you are asking if you can import EAs that you bought from the market or one that you coded, no, you can not.
The EA Studio and FSB Pro are very optimized programs to have excellent code. If someone imports an EA that has a messy code, the programs won’t work the way they work now.
However, you can build the EAs from the Strategy Editor. Place the entry and exit rules, SL, TP, and all the EA has, and then you can backtest it or export the strategy as an EA without issues in the code.

ParticipantHello Janialyinvest,
I don’t think so…where did you see those?
Give me someone info, maybe it is called in another way.

ParticipantNo problem, Charbel! This is why we created the Forum, so it will be useful to everyone and I can answer quickly.

ParticipantHello Simon,
please, attach some screenshots so I can understand better what you mean.

ParticipantHello Charbel,
yes, you can upload the EA back on FSB Pro.
First, you need to open a new strategy:
After that, you click on the arrow:

ParticipantHello Charbel!
I am sorry, I have missed your question, and when you wrote for a second time I saw it.
You need to go to Tools – Preset Indicators and select Do not Exit:

ParticipantHello Allison,
Could you please share how do you set the Generator to work? What are the settings?
Please, attach some pictures so we can see better.

ParticipantHello Simon,
Glad to hear from you again.
Do you mean that you have created one and the same strategy with EA Studio and with FSB Pro? And you see different balance lines?
It depends what you have in the strategy, but keep in mind that the strategies in EA Studio open on Bar Open. And in FSB Pro, the strategy can open inside the bar. So it works differently. The EAs check for signals at different time, which leads to different orders. This is why it is reasonable to see such a difference.
Kind regards,
Petko A

ParticipantHello Simon,
the Historical data in hat files comes from your broker.
Make sure you press the home key and hold it on each time frame and asset that you want to trade.
After that close the MetaTrader so the hat files will be saved.
Here is a video that will help you importing Historical data in FSB Pro:
