ParticipantYes, three different longer time frames, and mixed. With the different strategies – different filters.
Maybe its too much because some open few trades, but so far with good results.
With FSB Pro I want to create strategies that are trading with fewer trades(using more filters on other time frames) but fewer losses.
While with EA Studio I create more active EAs – smaller SL and TP and with 2 entry conditions only. This way I will compare which one of the two is better. Of course, there are so many other approaches with the two strategy builders….but I am focused on these two now.

ParticipantYes, trading one asset in one account is not a bad idea, especially the low spread Euro. The important is to have a good diversification with the time frames, and the different strategies. This is exactly what I show in the Portfolio trading course with the 100 strategies for EURUSD.

ParticipantDesita, I avoid it too, but I consider adding it soon to my portfolio because there is already enough Data from that time.

ParticipantHey Pete, when you keep small lots and many EAs, you will not have issues with the margin.

ParticipantSure, Andi, just do not take it as a recommendation. We have just tested this VPS some time ago.

ParticipantHey Petko!
i watched the course in one breath! Another great material from you.
regarding the walk forward, I will watch it again because it’s something new to me

ParticipantHey Shamasa,
I talked a bit more about that in the last course that I launched yesterday with the Top 10 USDCAD EAs. Really there is no precise answer to this question.
If you test the EAs too long on a Demo account, you will see the profits in the Demo account. Every strategy has its profitable periods and losing periods (you see that in the equity line of every strategy). So if you test it too long, you are in this profitable period for the strategy, and when you decide to move on live, you might hit that losing period.
Basically the more you test on the Demo, the closer you are getting to that losing period.

ParticipantHello Shamasa,
Great you pointed the some of the specifications in EA Studio.
Actually, the first time it was released, it was a very simple online generator, but with the time many features were added. The good thing is that Mr. Popov does not stop to improve it and update it. I am sure many more features will be added with the time.

ParticipantHey Bert,
it could be from anywhere, they can take your details from many places even not connected to the Forex companies.

ParticipantHello!
Yes, the new trading course is live. It is uploaded in the Algorithmic trading section and the name is
Algorithmic trading strategies Top 10 USDCAD EAs
In this course, you will find more detailed explanations for the robustness of the strategies. This is one of the most important things in Algorithmic trading, and after many personal classes, I saw that most of the traders do not understand and apply it.
I have shown how to use Meta Trader backtester to recognize the over optimized strategies.
I have covered the Walk Forward validation, the Monte Carlo and the Multi Market.
As well I have included 10 USDCAD Expert Advisors that everyone can use to practice trading.
Cheers,
Petko Aleksandrov
ParticipantThapelo, good job. Do you mean you have in each strategy three different longer time frames with different indicators?
Petko Aleksandrov
ParticipantI have created portfolio of 12 EAs on EURUSD – on M15, M30, and H1. So far the results are promising.
Petko Aleksandrov
ParticipantO, really! I am on
Petko Aleksandrov
ParticipantI avoid trading the USDCHF after it was released from the euro
Petko Aleksandrov
ParticipantHey guys, that is why I use more the profit factor. It is not connected to the number of profitable trades and losing trades but to the results itself. At the end of the day, the important is the results, not the number of trades.
