After purchasing (for 0 EUR) the trial subscription, the service can be see well in my order log, but download doesn’t work inbthe top 10 robot app. Please check it. thank you

Hey,

once you place the order, they provide you with a link, which is kind of an access link to the Top 10 Robots App free trial for Indices. Use the link from the email you received and then go to Indices , should be able to download chosen robots.

thanks for your reply. It was my fault, I thought, the trial is for all symbols, but it works only with indices.
