ParticipantHi
So I am new to the course and was wondering if I should directly use the 10 Gold EAs for demo account or test it in EAStudio and put it on live 🤔
Also are the EAs updated every year or should I create the new EAs now?
Thanks in advance

MemberHi Saycs Paul, if you are new then demo trading is ALWAYS recommended. You could trade on a small live account with the smallest lot size if you absolutely must live trade. Going straight from back testing to live is not recommended for beginners, too much can go wrong and there is lots to learn and experience to be gained.

ParticipantHi
I am using the top 10 EAs in my live account. Last month it was working well. But this week almost the entre profits are wiped out.
Has the market conditions changed and should i delete these EAs for now? I have already removed EURJPY as it gave 3 consecutive losses.

MemberHi, Usually these EAs have a pretty short life and so should be changed regularly (approximately monthly). Did you run the same EAs that you did last month?

ParticipantNo, i took the latest EAs that were updated in October end. I haven’t seen further updates.
Are there further updates in the EAs this month?November 14, 2025 at 12:13 am #475029Samuel Jackson
MemberHi, the top 10 app is continually updating but it sounds like you are referring to EAs from a course? Is this correct? Markets are always up and down, are you trading on demo or live? Can you give a brief summary of your trading experience too please as this will allow me to help you better.

I will update it with the ones from the app and keep you updated

ParticipantHi
These are the robots I am using. I am debugging the code and the min equity is 13750.
Some strategies are martingale too. I want to use the others. Can you suggest the best robots for a smaller account of 300/400$?
Thanks and regards,
Sayan

MemberIf using these then you would need to run a backtest with the smallest lot size (I would suggest using mt5 with full tick based on real tick model) . And then make sure that the worst equity drawdown in the report is not greater than 50% of the account size. That way you can assess if there are suitable robots. For that size account its likely only 1-2 robots trading together will be appropriate but you need to perform a backtest to determine the risk

MemberYou should be using the Full tick based on real ticks for the most accurate backtesting results. The app uses blackbull data, I have found some dont backtest well on darwinexdata too at times and if that happens I pick a different EA from the app personally

MemberHi, I’m writing here because it won’t let me create a new topic.
The program is very comprehensive, and I greatly appreciate its honesty in showing how trading really works, especially with the advantage of using expert advisors. Watching the program marks a before and after; now I have more confidence, and my mind is at ease because the robots decide when to execute a trade, even while I sleep. I have created my own robots, and the program exceeded the expectations I had. Thank you very much for sharing this knowledge; it is very valuable. This is the best thing I’ve seen so far in trading; there is a statistical advantage on your side.
It would be interesting to explain how Japanese candlesticks are formed, because beginners don’t understand why the chart looks the way it does; they only see rectangles with wicks at the ends in some cases. Secondly, I suggest explaining how to create a demo account, because many beginners don’t know how, nor do they know how to install MT4 with the broker. Another topic that I think is important to consider is explaining the difference between a raw spread account, a standard account, among others. And finally, the topic of leverage, such as operating with 1:100, 1:200, 1:500, and how it affects trading on MT4 with volumes of 0.01, 0.1. …
I am very happy. I created 50 robots: 10 for EURUSD, 10 for GBPUSD, 10 for EURJPY, 10 for GBPY, and 10 for XAUUSD, all set to trade with a volume of 0.01. I put them to trade on a demo account with $10,000. They have been trading since January 27, 2026, up to now and have already made $92 in profit. I don’t have a VPS; I just leave the PC on at night and for a while during the day.
