    Dear traders,

As the year comes to a close, we want to thank you for being part of our incredible community. To show our appreciation, we’re excited to announce the launch of our Prop Firm Robots Reward Program: we’ll cover the cost of the first challenge you pass with the Prop Firm Robots – up to $1,200 in value!

Here are the steps you need to follow to apply if you’ve already passed a challenge:

    1. Enable the Magic number column in MetaTrader and send us a screenshot from the MetaTrader terminal confirming you traded using the Prop Firm Robots. (Note: Once you pass the challenge, start your funded account on a new MetaTrader terminal to preserve the track record of the passed challenge.)
    2. Send us zipped the Account History report and connect your challenge account to FXBlue/Myfxbook and share the track record with us. (We recorded this video to show how you can do it)
    3. Share a brief sentence in this forum topic about how you passed the challenge to inspire and help others.
    4. Allow us to showcase your track record on our website (all personal information will remain hidden). We may use this data for content like blog posts, videos, and social media.

Once you complete steps 1, 2 and 3, please contact us at support @ eatradingacademy.com and send us the required files and links. We will review them and when your request is approved we will ask you to send us the receipt for the challenge fee so we can see the cost. We’ll reimburse you the money you paid for the challenge (up to $1,200 in value) if you invoice us via PayPal or Revolut. You can also request any product from our website for the same value.

This program is our way of saying thank you for trusting us! We’re here to support your trading journey and help you maximize your profits.

Note: the Reward Program is not available for users who have requested a refund for any of our products in the past.

Note: To prevent abuse of the program, once a user has received their challenge fee from us, they are no longer eligible to request a refund for products purchased from our website.

Note: the Reward Program is not available for FTMO and Darwinex accounts.

If you have any questions, we’re just an email away.

    Kind regards,
    Marin / Tech Support team

    Hi Marin,

I thought the magic number should be changed before running on a challenge to ensure uniqueness?

Hi Tim, there are many ways to make your EAs unique. Changing the magic number is just one step of the process but it’s not mandatory, you can change the SL or TP or indicator values and this will give make your trades unique. With the randomization feature in the app you can keep the first or last 4 digits but even if you use your own system for the magic numbers, we can still cross-check the trading activity with our trading accounts and verify that you used the robots from the app. I can assure you that if you’re using our robots and pass a challenge and complete the above steps, you will get your first challenge fee covered by us.

<p style=”text-align: left;”>If someone doesn’t have PC and such person want to subscribe can he trade with his Android phone or is it must for a computer /laptop?</p>
Secondly how much is the minimum deposit for the robots?

    #468445

Hi, you will need access to a computer in some form to be able to trade EAs. As a minimum you would need a cheap VPS such as the one from contabo which starts at 5.36 Euros a month and a cheap laptop that can login. Powerful expensive computers would not be required to run the EAs from the app. Even a chromebook would do so you can login to your vps. And minimum deposit depends on your broker but typical 200 dollars would be the minimum

Hello, I am new here to the community and have not purchased the PROP FIRM ROBOT yet. I guess my real question or concern would be is that, I keep getting mixed information on whether EA’s are allowed on funded accounts. I am using FTMO and I checked to see if they allow EA’s and it seems that they do.
My question is, how do they know if we are using EA’s and is there any real guidance outside of the youtube channel? I have been watching for a over a month now and still have some concerns about how the EA’s take trades during new and what they really means… I have a successful demo experience so far with the Top 5- Are the Prop Firm Robots any different than the EA Studio/Top 10 Robots as far as what kind of trading they do?

If there any other place besides this forum to reach out for assistance?

Hi Xavier, first of all yes the EAs are absolutely allowed on the funded accounts. Its usually just a matter of checking the FAQ for the prop firm but certainly FTMO, 5ers, hola prime, funded next etc all allow.

As to how would the firm know. They only see the trade history so really its all down to if something is included in the comments. Technically this would be easy enough to turn off with a small code modification so no comment was made and therefore no trace of algo trading but its better to have the comments. Its just not a problems though as its allowed.

Just trade them on FTMO and you wont have a problem. The only REAL issue when it comes to EAs is that IF another user is trading the exact same portfolio of robots then correlation will flag up and they don’t like that if its too close. The chances of that are EXTREMELY low with the prop firm app even without using the randomization feature however.

I put together a topic here a while back which I think will be very useful for you: https://community.algotradingspace.com/forums/topic/method-for-profiting-with-top-10-and-prop-firm-app/#post-465905

We deployed three bots on one of the prop firms, The5ers, using a $10K account. However, the account has now exceeded the allowed limits and has expired.

We would appreciate your guidance to better understand how this process works, as the bots we deployed are no longer listed on the portal.

Please find attached the bot performance details for my account for your reference.

Hi Ravi, it sounds like you have quite a few questions, and a coaching session would likely be the most helpful way to go through everything in detail. Please email [email protected] and ask about setting one up.

These EAs can be used in many different ways, but the way the app is designed, the most common approach is to trade them for a relatively short period and then regularly replace them with new ones. Because of that, bots that are no longer active or relevant may no longer appear in the portal.

Also, the EAs do not communicate with each other. When compiling a portfolio, a simple and effective method is to add together the drawdowns of each EA and make sure the total does not exceed the maximum drawdown allowed on your prop firm account (with some buffer, of course). This is especially important when running multiple bots on the same account, as in your case.

Hope that helps clarify things, and support will be happy to guide you further.
