I logged in but still the same message.

The developer of the news filter suggest removing the EA, closing MetaTrader, restart MetaTrader, and then reinstall the EA.  I would even suggest to uninstall MetaTrader,  download MetaTrader from your broker website, and install.

I have done all this with a complete uninstall of the meta trader and personal details. Fresh download from Axi and new install.

If you have purchased the FTMO Robots previously, all you need to do is to log in to the website of the Academy. Then go to the FTMO Robot app and you will be able to download the EAs.

Hi, I’m having the same issue.  I’ve tried clearing the browser cache, restarting the browser and logging back in.  The link in the FTMO course takes me to the FTMO Robot App, I can play around in there, pick my options etc, but when I try to download, I get the same error that other people are seeing.  There seems to be some sort of security issue preventing students of the FTMO course from downloading the robots from the app.

I am running the FTMO 5,1 and FTMO 6, and both show no trades after a week. The older version has trades for all pairs, but the last 2 versions show no trades, especially on real account. What happened? My connection and setting are correct. I use FTMO robot since 6 months ago so I know how to place the bot correctly.

I bought the ” Complete FTMO Challenge Course”  back in October, and i got a mail about this Version 6, but i cant  download it, i read all the comments with the same issue ,  I did tried clearing all the cache,  . and still i don’t have the access, its just taking me to the link where i have to buy the FTMO robot, sad because i was told i will have a lifetime update,

I’m assuming this new 6.0 version is only optimized for FTMO? I have a 50K challenge I purchased from a different prop because of a 30% discount over the holidays. Thank you.
