Avoid Black Bull Markets

After more than 3 months of trading, it was brought to my attention that the prices of some instruments were manipulated. For more than 48 Hours was impossible to stop and close the order. Losses happened. Black Bull mentions a problem from the LP, a big liar. No refunds or compensation. I´m glad to close the account with them. Avoid this Broker, they are not a Scam but just an incompetent and highly unprofessional Broker company. I have all the proof and emails with the support (worst support ever experienced)

That said, we’d be open to hearing more about your case — what exactly happened, and if you have a public track record we could review. It would help us compare data with some of our accounts and better understand the situation for the benefit of other traders as well.

Hello Pedro and Maria.
I had to give up for now with BlackBull, because their swap fees are crazy high on the institutional trading account. I had the Enigma FX EA running on the 4h timeframe, but even though I won on the trading, I ended up loosing overall, because the swap fee was so high. Never happens on my accounts with other brokers. An EA which is fast in fast out like the Dark Mimas may work well with them.

That’s interesting, cant say I have had any problems. Are you able to send a screen shot of the trade history with the high swaps shown please? There must be a reason. You can even send this off to Blackbull and question them as to why the swap was so high, they are regulated and will investigate for you.

HI All,

I faced a similar issue recently that led to me loosing close to $1900. The spreads were crazy and they said there was an issue with CME. I had emailed them when I started observing the spreads and I compared it live to IC Markets, Vantage, PU Prime which I also have accounts with. They were the only one impacted. Bear in mind I am using an institutional account because I funded my account with over 8K.

I have screenshots as well as videos to show the issue. I reached out to them and their response was mediocre at best. Hence I stopped following up. I am waiting to build back my account to the original deposit and I will withdraw all of my funds

Okay, thanks for the additional information. That is disappointing to hear. What was the asset with the crazy spreads and how high were they? Presumably this was not during the normal low liquidity high spread period that happens every 24 hrs
