Hi Shekeb, this isn’t a common behavior. Are you using the default settings, e.g. lots, protections, etc.?

Below you can see a screenshot from a challenge I’m currently running on my own. I added a new EA at midnight and it opened a position in less than one hour.

Do you see any warnings or error messages in the Experts and Journal tabs in your MT platform?

Hi, some of the EAs from the Prop Firm Robots app use fixed SL and other use trailing SL. It would depend on the particular strategy.

Hi, the results might be slightly different with different prop firms as they all use different quotes. In general, we haven’t seen any significant differences. In case you run a backtest, use Open prices only for the model.

Hello Michael, it’s a personal choice but here you can see how we manage the EAs. Currently, if there is an open trade with an EA that we have to remove, we just close that trade, no matter if it’s on a loss or on a profit, and we replace it with the new expert advisor that we want to trade in the account.

Hello, we know that some traders prefer to diversify the risk and don’t pick EAs from the same pairs. Also some traders don’t like to trade certain assets like gold or cryptocurrency and skip those pairs. It’s a personal choice what pairs you will choose.

Our traders approach is to pick the top 3 EAs, no matter if there are EAs from the same pair.

    Sorry for another question.

Is there any course or video that is teaching how to use the new data export script?

    Much appreciated,
    J

Can the Profit generated by one lot per point work automatically on Metal and Crypto pairs or should I manually change the setting?

If so, may I have the correct inputs for Metal and Crypto pairs?

    Thank you,
    J

Two of the top 3 robots right now are both EUR/JPY , if I want to use the top 3 do I use two robots of the same pair ? or I choose one of these and other pair not from the top 3 ?

    Thanks /…

The Problem with this strategy is I did the samething tested for 3 week-4 weeks saw which EA’s were profitable with the broker I am using and then added to the chart for my prop challenge. I was profitable for a week then in 1 week lost all my profits. New EAs come out everyday you add you test those by the time you test them and find winners new bots come out and even if you add after a succesful test they dont last more than a week or two and by then you already had a huge drawdown. So you are in a constant struggle of testing finding winners they work for a week you add new ones and those have a huge drawdown and wipe away all your gains from the week before. So you are in a loop of getting up then giving it all back then getting up then giving it all back.

So basically it may or may not work at all it all depends. Well for me this bot has lost consistenly and already blew up a prop challenge. I would like a refund. I have tried it out and it does not work

I am in the same boat using the top robots shown on weekly chart and literally every trade is a losing trade I have nearly blown nearly two accounts using the tope robots. It worked for  about two weeks with this strategy now today I checked and it shows on Weekly these are the top assets to trade according to the Prop Robot App: XAGUSD M15 #1637565497, EURJPY M15 #1446236375, XAGUSD M15 #57633752. Today for XAGUSD M15 #1637565497 I am down $-520. I looked on my trading history and it shows 4 of my trades all of them hit TP but all TP in a loss!! I set my parameters as follows its a $200k account 3% max daily loss and 8% ($16,000) Target. Total max loss is 8% ($16,000). The 4 trades that took a loss were tiny scalp trades with very close TP near the entry price and all ended in a loss!! The trades are as follows: ALL were .26 Lot size for XAGUSD. Trade 1. SELL ORDER Entry price = 30.9617  SL = 30.9984  TP=30.9818. LOSS of $25.61. Trade 2. SELL ORDER Entry price = 30.6667  SL = 30.6995  TP= 30.6829. LOSS of $19.11. Trade 3.  BUY ORDER Entry price = 30.6207  SL = 30.5879  TP = 30.6045. LOSS of $19.50. Trade 4. SELL ORDER Entry price = 30.6592  SL = 30.6920  TP = 30.6754. LOSS of $20.15.

Hola Armando. En este momento, no tenemos hispanohablantes en la academia, pero puedes hacer preguntas en español y las traduciremos al inglés usando Google Translate, como hice yo con este 🙂

    Hey Stephen,

It’s really up to you. It can get quite difficult to monitor hundreds of EAs on multiple accounts. The easiest way to do it, is create a collection, and then use the Validator in EA Studio, say once a week to check how any or all of the EAs would have performed in a given time period.

Please let me know if this makes sense.

    Cheers,

    Ilan
