    Hi, My FxBlue has been acting up for the last couple of months ever since the last workaround stopped working (where we set a publisher2). Some accounts work when I try the publisher2, true/false, workaround, but others don’t. I’ve got 2 VPSs running and now 1 seems to work and the otherone has some terminals that do not. Perhaps the IP has been blacklisted from their side? Is there an email to which they reply? I tried writing to FX Blue as well but no reply.

    Hi Mariusz,

    My FxBlue has been acting up again for the last couple of weeks. Some accounts work when I try the publisher2, true/false, workaround, but other don’t. Have you guys been experiencing any issues?

    Support won’t reply from their side to any of my email for months.

    Hi Mariusz,

    The field UsdHTTPS is already set to false and not working. I tried true and false, with no luck.

    I have added “publisher2” in the field OverrideServerUrl.

    What are the instructions you are referring to for updating the URL list?

    The URL I already have in that field is as normal: https://publisher.fxblue.com

    This has been going on for months now…who can we contact for support? any ideas? they won’t reply to emails.

    Hi all. Has anyone been having issues with FX Blue Publisher? It’s been working fine for months and now many of my accounts (prop firms) are not synching and giving errors like unable to connect to server. All the settings are correct, I removed it, reintalled, rebooted, reconfigured and still nothing. FxBlue isn’t replying as well…so I’m quite stuck.
