Glad to hear from you. Well, actually not.
When you add a win/loss ratio in EA Studio what you see is 0.5. This is the default and it means 50% winning trades. Or we can say 5 out of 10 are winning. If you want to have 90%, you need to put 0.9. This way you will have 9 out of 10.
But when you place 9 as a value, you are asking for 900% 🙂 That is why you couldn’t generate strategies.
Actually 0.9 is still a high requirement, but give it a try.

Thanks for the feedback. We will have a look at the issue with the login. Did you try to refresh or clear your cache?
Regarding the progress of the courses, we are aware of that. This is because of the software we use, it recognizes the course as 2 hours(if it is 2 hours long) but the users do not watch it at one breath. So when it takes longer it might show as failed. But it is not.
I will inform the team to have a look at those things. Thanks indeed!

I am impressed with the work you are doing, and I like that you have your algo trading plan. This is how things go in the right direction.
I like your acceptance criteria… I would look for a higher number of trades.
Regarding the strategies with our without SL and TP, give it a try, but analyze which one works best for you. If you see that having no SL brings you more significant losses, do not keep it as a method to diversify more the risk. You have many other things to diversify the risk with.
Also, the strategies that do not meet your rule in the Demo account for two weeks might meed them a bit later. Do not hurry to delete them. Think of how you can improve them and what made them lose. Look closer to the statistics there.
My advice is to combine as many different assets as possible. This way you will achieve much bigger risk-diversification. And we have different strategies from EA Studio…so we have it all 🙂

Before I was using Contabo. I do not use it any more since we moved all the trading to our local computers.
The good thing with Contabo VPS is that it is not from a broker. I mean, I would not trust a broker for a VPS for sure.

It turned out that the Normalizer is an excellent tool, and I will be using it more often.

When you have the maximum data on your MetaTrader you need to use the script which you can find in EA Studio – Data – Data Import:
Anyway the data is available in your MetaTrader as hst files, but you can not do really anything with those.
I think what THyago wants to say is that he uses different SL and Trailing SL for his strategies and not one and the same for all strategies.
There is a backtester in MetaTrader as well where you can test the Expert Advisors.
And you forced with the HomeKey and not downloading from the History center, right?

Especially for FSB Pro, the faster PC you use, the better. It will still work on a slower one but the generator will produce strategies slowly.
If you have a slow computer, you better look at EA Studio.
