Gold remains one of the best assets for algo trading even when the market is ahead of a recession.

However, always test the EAs on a Demo account and choose the best ones.

The CPI that came out is crucial as it is higher than expectations. And it comes at a time when the FED is increasing rates.

So we can not really do a lot in such situations.

Sometimes such news affects positively the portfolio if the opened trades are in the lucky direction! 🙂

It means that your expert advisor (EA) is trying to send an order with an invalid trade volume.

Maybe you are trying on a small account with a big lot size.

If you put 1 lot and you have low leverage, then you have to try with another broker that will allow 0.1 lots.

OR test on 100 000 Demo account. It will work.

Sure, you can create such an EA with EA Studio easily:

Here is the strategy. The performance is not great, but I picked randomly EURUSD on M15. Not sure what is your asset and time frame.

If you add SL and TP it might improve. Also, use the Optimizer (+Monte Carlo) to see better results with different parameters.

Hey traders,

Bad times for the Crypto market, but it does not matter when we trade with Robots.

However, I took the time to revise and update the EAs from the Top 5 Course. Only two needed an update:

• the VAM BTC on H1
• the ETH strategy

The strategies are the same. Just the parameters are different (check the PDFs attached).

Also, I have uploaded the updated versions of the EAs.

Yes, the entry time is a solution. Try generating EAs with it included as a preset indicator and not adding it after that.
