EAs usually work best when they are updated once every month or two. It is easy to adjust the lot size at these times.
When the EA was created it was not backtested before 2023, as a result, it might not backtest well before 2023.
No, you do not need to make adjustments. The EA closes trades when its indicators signal a trade closure or the SL or TP is hit.
This error message means your terminal is trying to execute more than one trade at the same time. Do you have other EA’s running on the same terminal for EURUSD? If not, then I would close the terminal and reopen it and try again.
The settings are correct and you should see trades when they develop. On my FTMO demo account I just got a new trade about 3 hours ago.
I have not seen a trade yet either. In my backtesting using FSBpro the last trade was made last Friday. The backtest shows an average of one trade per day. So I am expecting to see a trade develop anytime now. Patience!
MT4 and MT5 settings are the same. Are you backtesting using Strategy Tester? What is your account size and lot size? Over what period of time are you backtesting? Please show a screenshot!
