When I log in to the website, it says that I don’t have an active plan for the prop firm robots, when I did purchase it and have been using it for a more than a month. Please fix this issue asap
When navigating to this page: https://platform.algotradingspace.com/premium-robots/ftmo-robot/app/ all that you get is a blank screen. Other Robot app pages seem to load.

Hi Alan thanks very much for jumping in. Yep, I tried different browsers, computers, incognito mode etc. Perhaps there was system maintenance going on. In any case it is up and working now. I appreciate the time you took to check your access and respond.

I can no longer download my various robots from the dashboard, even though I’m logged in to my account and my package expires in May 2025.

Hello all, problem with blank screen was solved on the 19th August. Please delete your cache and try again. Also for urgent inquiries you can always DM us in our Facebook page.
For transparency, we received your refund form submission on Sat, Aug 17, 12:30 PM. The request has been initiated from our site on August 18, 2024, 8:29 PM. It takes 5-10 working days (banking processing time outside of our control) for the money to be settled on your account.
