    Hello Stoyan,

    I have tried to make contact for the past three days, I emailed 10th, 11th and 12th but no response or acknowledgement of receipt.

    I have also tried to contact Via instagram, facebook and YouTube. I have been ignored or my comment has been deleted.

    Marin here from the customer support team. I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Since I can’t find email coming from your registered order email, neither any held comments under the YouTube video, I sent you an email with instructions what to do to trigger the refund process.

    For transparency I want to point out that we don’t delete user comments on YouTube or anywhere else. If you read some online reviews about our company you will see that we don’t have any complains about holding users money or etc. For us user satisfaction is one of the most important things and we will keep it this way going forward.

    Dear Team,

    I just bought the prop firm robots and have questions, could you please help to clarify?

    1. Can setup the auto breakeven such as if meet 50% of the target profit?

    2. Will the EAs hold opened positions over weekend or auto close before weekend?

    3. Will different EA in the same pairs take different positions at the same time? For example having 2 XAUUSD EAs one buy but another sell so holding 2 different positions in the same period? Will this against prop firm’s rules?

    Dear Support Team,

    I am currently testing your free EURAUD EA software(https://platform.algotradingspace.com/robots/trading-robots/forex/free-prop-firm-ea-100k-challenge-prop-firm-strategy/) However, after running it for 2-3 days, I have not seen any trades executed.

    Could you please advise if there are any specific settings or steps I should adjust to properly test and see the EA’s performance results?

    Additionally, is it possible to test other EAs, such as a Gold/USD EA, so I can use them on my FTMO prop firm trial account for evaluation?

    I am also interested in purchasing your prop firm EA. I noticed there is a 30-day refund policy—could you please let me know under what conditions this refund is available?

    It is said on YouTube that this robot updates once a week, but I have noticed that the top 3 robots can change every day for the past few days. Previously, I saw the weekly top 3 robots every Monday, but with the robots constantly updating, should I follow the updates or are there other better suggestions? Thank you.

    Hello everyone! A few months ago, we used to change the robots on a daily basis, but we decided to switch to weekly testing to see how that would perform.

    Here’s a quick recap of our current strategy that we have passed few challenges with:

    *We run all our Prop Robots on a demo account.

    *Every Monday, we review the previous week’s results to identify the most profitable instrument.

    *For the new week, we trade that instrument on the challenge account using the top-performing robots from the previous week.

    *If no robot showed a profit, we don’t place any trades for the upcoming week.

    We’ll continue testing and improving — and we’ll share the next successful strategy that helps pass challenges, so stay tuned!
