Grey screen of death

Hi!

Whenever I’m trying to create a new strategy in the reactor this grey screen will appear. (See image below). I have tried to clear my catche many times and even tried chaning the browser. It sometimes takes just a few minutes for it to appear and sometimes it takes a couple of houers. When I reload the page will it disappear but all my saved information is gone. Please help me.

The grey screen of death is an issue with your PC and EA Studio. Go to Task Manager>Performance and see how much of your CPU and Memory is being used. You can also try to shut down your PC and restart it. If your PC is a Desktop then you might have to pull the power plug for a few minutes. If a laptop you may need to remove the battery for a few minutes. Google Windows grey screen of death for other suggestions.
