ParticipantUse bot v5.0 Can I contact you on Telegram or WhatsApp? I want to confirm the method of installing the robot. Is it correct? However, I am certain that it is correct.
Alan Northam
ParticipantIf you are using v5.0 robots then the lot sizes above are not correct. Those lot sizes are for v4.3. For the correct lot size for v5.0 you should have gotten the Set Files with your v5.0 download. They will show you how to set up the lot sizes for each of the robots.

ParticipantPetko will always first test the EAs in a demo account. He likes to test the EAs for from 3 to 5 days. Then he will move the best 1,2, or 3 EAs to a live account. Petko uses the recommended lot size for each EA. With Petko’s strategy he aims to complete the challenge in a short period of time. However, when he fails a challenge he starts a new one. You need to be consistent with this strategy to pass the challenge.

ParticipantI hope everyone knows If you want to use it on a different broker account than FTMO you will have to optimize to new broker on mt5. Also great to use EA builder for it .

Member@Alan – You mean ‘you need to be consistent and keep failing the challenge and start again and again and again until one day you Pass.’ Imagine the cost of VPS we are paying for this – avg of $25/month , having said this – you do say that Money back if EA is not profitable. Now, I struggling to understand your reply inline with your promises and refunds. I was very close to buy this product but I need to assure myself for where would I stand as a customer after buying it.

ParticipantWhat exactly do you optimize for a different broker?

ParticipantHmm, this is a little concerning to me. Petko made it sound like it is very difficult to fail a challenge if you follow the instructions. My thought was sure you would fail a challenge here and there but for the most part you could pass eventually with the EA’s if using proper risk management.

ParticipantHi Sammy / Brian,
Sounds like you are not ready to start trading the FTMO robots. I suggest you follow my trading of my testing the v5.1 robots. Hopefully, this will give you a real life experience of what goes into testing and trading the robots.
I just started demo testing FTMO v5.1 robots on Dec 24th. After testing the robots I will then start a challenge. The last post in the following link shows my testing of the v5.1 robots. I will be updating the results of my testing this weekend.

MemberThanks Alan, after visiting that link and looking into your strategy. I have now bought the FTMO Robot.
I will nail this down. I am way too determined to get this successful.
